Antique 19th Century French Napoleon IIII Painted Zinc Bath Tub

Beautiful French Zinc Bath tub, circa 1880, standing on its original wooden base, which is in great condition. In its original brick red paint, the bath has some minor areas of wear and rust/patina, all commensurate with its age but no holes in the metal (only the hole at the end, leading to the external pipe)

This tub has a handle to both ends and being zinc, it is very easy to move around. It makes the most wonderful garden planter, garden feature, or could even be used to chill down bottles of drink for those balmy summer parties we are all longing for. 

This bath measures height 79cm, width 150cm, depth 66cm
