Stunning Large Antique French Gilt Crested Mirror in very good condition.
The crest and detailings have been later painted in a chalk white paint but the gilt frame is original, with traces of exposed red oxide. A couple of small pieces of gesso misso from some of the ornamental decorations but hardly noticeable.
Original mirror with light foxing and original backboard.
