Beautiful Antique 19th Century French Mirror.
This utterly gorgeous mirror has the most amazing foxing to the mirror glass and original paint on its exquisite frame. The patina to the framework is just stunning, with it's natural crackle glazing and original layers of paint revealed. A few nibbles and knocks here and there on this frame but really nothing too serious.
There is no backboard to the mirror, just some old cardboard and paper but the mirror plate is secure. A new backboard could be added easily if required.
Due to its shape, this beautiful mirror can be displayed landscape or portrait.
