Antique French Wooden Writing Slope

Beautiful wooden writing slope in very old grey/blue paint on the exterior, worn away with time. The lid shuts down on the old lock but there is no key present.

The wooden lid has warped very gently, due to age and I have tried to highlight this in the photographs. However, this does not affect its useage in any way and rather adds to the charm and character of this lovely piece.
