Antique Swedish hand carved toy horse, circa 1880, with remnants of its original mane and tail in situ. This beautiful, sturdy horse has been dry scraped to reveal traces of original paint and the ears have been carved to act as handles for the young children to hold onto...absolutely delightful! Minor damage to one of the front hooves and evidence of some repair to the neck area.
