Antique 19th Century Italian Passata Bowl

Beautiful Large Terracotta Bowl, traditionally used in Italy to make home made tomato passata. This bowl has pale unglazed terracotta to the exterior and creamy yellow and green glaze to the interior. It is in very good condition and only has a couple of minor nibbles and one small hairline crack to the glaze (as shown in the photograph). This crack does not penetrate to the exterior and is not very noticeable once in situ, nor does it affect its use and in fact, gives the bowl, more charm and character.
