Antique French Wasp Waist Mannequin, circa 1880

This is a very beautiful Wasp waist manneqin (22 inch waist), with a bustle shaped back, standing on its original ebonised tripod base.  There are a few minor tears on the original linen, which is to be expected and a small hole to the wooden stand, as shown in the photograph, but all commensurate with its age.
