Pretty Pair Antique 19th Century French Altar Candlesticks

These candlesticks with original antique ivory grey paint and gilding to the front and plain back are in good condition, with wear and patina commensurate with age. There are ancient woodworm holes on both candlesticks which have been fully treated as a precaution and some splitting in the wood at the back/bases, as shown in the photos. Please study the photos as they form part of the description. These fabulous Church candlesticks are getting harder and harder to source, especially in original pairs.
