Antique French Butcher's Presentation Table

Beautiful original French butcher presentation table, circa 1880, in its untouched fabulous condition. These tables were originally used in the front windows of the butcher's shop, to display their best cuts of meat, so they were always very ornate and decorative. The original marble top has great patination which could be polished up if desired but I personally love it like this. The rusty wrought iron base, with traces of its original green paint, is also in its as found condition and again, could be polished up if desired. These tables are often replicated and reproduced nowadays, as their classic design is so highly sought after. This is why I was thrilled to find this beautiful original table which could be used indoors or outdoors. The marble top is removeable for ease of movement and transport.
