Antique Wooden Carousel Horse circa 1905

A stunningly Rare and beautiful Early 20th Century Antique continental carved wood fairground horse Circa 1905.

Traces of the original polychrome are still present but this beautiful horse has been dry scraped back to reveal its original wood finish, which has the most gorgeous aged patina. There are a few ancient minor repairs evident but this does not detract from its beauty. It is missing its tail but this could easily be replaced if you wanted to do this.  He is being sold in his as seen condition, so please study the photographs carefully. However, this horse is a really stunning!

Measurements: Height 96cm, Width 37cm, Depth 145cm

This horse is very large and heavy and would need to be collected from our shop in Hurst Green, East Sussex, or Special Courier Delivery organised.
